Loved it, especially the snails!! The food was wonderful. Having lived in France for a while, the food was comfort food for my palate of French food. The servers were friendly. A true find in Oregon wine country!
A charming spot in the whistle-stop town of Carlton! Henri was a great host, blending his subtle humor in every bite! We had a wonderful meal, great wine…all in all, a 5-star evening! We will return, bien sur!
This small place is superior to any place in the area and, in addition to well prepared down to earth French food, has great prices and a very reasonable wine list. The owner and small staff were wonderful.

We didn’t know what to expect and were lucky to get a reservation. The restaurant was full of local people from nearby wineries and other close areas. We had salad and soup and then beef bourguignonne. Were wonderful. And then Creme Brulee flavored with cardamom and other spices. The total bill was $72 for 2 including tip. We will return. The decor was just like a French bistro hence the name.
