We didn’t know what to expect and were lucky to get a reservation. The restaurant was full of local people from nearby wineries and other close areas. Finally got to dine at Cuvee last night. The food was wonderful, service impeccable and atmosphere just right; charm without pretense. Highly recommend! As other reviewers have stated, the price-fixe menu superb value.
Absolutely superb! While in town to watch the eclipse we visited a few vineyards and wine tasting spots around Carlton. We asked for recommendations but found the suggestions bland.
