We enjoyed a wonderfully prepared classic French meal in Cuvee’s warm and inviting dining room. Food was tastefully presented, exceptionally fresh and obviously prepared with great care. Cuvee provided something that even the most heralded restaurants fail to achieve – nourishment. It was very satisfying and one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. The escargot, champignon with semolina cake, coquilles st jacques, pork loin and creme brûlée and creme caramel, not to mention the butternut squash soup and salad were excellent! Chef Gil Henry certainly knows food and how to satisfy diners. Looking forward to returning soon!
